How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially during peak season (December-March). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
What's included in the driver service?
Our service includes an English-speaking driver, fuel, parking fees, tolls, driver accommodation and meals, and comprehensive insurance. You only pay for your own accommodation, meals, and attraction entrance fees.
Can I customize my itinerary?
We specialize in customized tours. Tell us your interests, budget, and time frame, and we'll create a personalized itinerary just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (USD, EUR, LKR), bank transfers, and major credit cards. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable before or during your tour.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
Do you provide airport pickup?
Yes! We provide 24/7 airport pickup and drop-off services from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name board.
